That's right, of the 20 campaigns nationwide on the DCCC's "Emerging Races" list, Judy Feder is second in both total money raised for the second quarter, and also "cash on hand." The only candidate ahead of Judy Feder is Michael Skelly, a partial self-funder in TX-7. Not bad...can we say "Farewell Frank?!?" :)
